Could these post not only be talking about child abuse but building up child soldiers through MK Ultra. Part of programming involves extreme torture and abuse. Some are more easily programmable then others. What if they are using the child networks to not only do awful abuse to kids but also seek out those that they can build up? Could this be what Alice and wonderland means? Is Carrol one of those people. Could Hilary be as well? Could most these people? Should that change our approach with them. Obviously we don't excuse the horrible things. However it becomes clear that many of these horrible people seem to have been programmed to be that way. So how do we break that? I've been reading a little about MK ultra and it seems to not be an easy thing to break. How to we handle people like Carrol that do things like this to Trump but are truly just being controlled by masters. Are we currently watching her program break. Jesus please break these chains. Eliminate this horrible form of control..set the captives free. Amen

For the sake of discussion let's say it is. Should we try that first. How should we handle the actions of those people since it wasn't truly them acting, or was it?
I believe the plan includes rehabilitation, which is not an exact science but still worth doing.
The fact that it (attempted rehab) exists is something I've picked up mostly "between the lines" by reading the decoding symbols blog, because the author has intimate experience with the mk-ultra process. In a few of the posts, the author admits to have been targeted/raised to be mk-ultra but escaped the system.
I believe it does as well.
I think the reason it's not an exact science is because truly loving the person must be part of it and you can science your way in that kind of stuff. It has to be genuine and from the heart when you do it..yeah it's kinda scary how big this program is and how many its effected
