That's what I heard but seems it would be being discussed if it were true.

It would've been had DJT lost the '16 election. He undid roughly 4-6 yrs of that plan. [they] we're about 8 yrs in when he won in '16. It has since escalated in speed under Buyden. By my calculation, we're about 2-3 more yrs away from [the.] completing [their] plan, provided DJT loses in this yr's election.
