You are one of our more prolific posters, and I can imagine that your have your own share of personal challenges that you still overcome to make an important contribution in our little corner of the information war.

Thanks for replying. Don't worry, bearing with the weak is not easy - we all react at times.

The trouble with this is that this creeps up gradually, so I don't realise until I've gone into the danger zone. Thought I was just tired, getting old etc. Now I'm wondering if I just need a bigger dose or if the meds I got from Thailand have gone off. Healthcare in the UK was the best in the world, now its abysmal. Can't afford private.

Guess we just have to make allowances for people :)
