I don't know anything about the law regarding civil trials (or anything else for that matter), but it sure seems absurd when the judge is so biased he wouldn't allow Trump's defense to present any of this during the trial. It'll be interesting to see what grounds are used for appeal. I saw a comment from some liberal saying Trump's lawyer screwed up by not objecting to certain things that could be used for appeal.
Doesn't Trump have just as a good of a case for defamation against her? Accusing him of something for which she has no proof? Something that damaged his reputation and financially?
