Um, the Founders knew that government can get out of control and created the Second Amendment for JUST SUCH A PURPOSE. The word "militia" is right there in the 2nd Amendment wording. So congress-critters want to prohibit what the Second Amendment encourages?
As I have stated several times previously - we all have to keep in mind, any law that is repugnant to the Constitution is not a law. This comes from Marbury v. Madison (https://www.archives.gov/milestone-documents/marbury-v-madison) ... “A Law repugnant to the Constitution is void.”
Especially when that “law” comes from individuals not elected, but placed there. We are under illegitimate government and nothing they pass is legal in any sense.
They are using and continuing the scam of enforcing corporate code and policy
Us code is designed to keep the federal government constrained and held to account within these parameters not we the people.
But by design, the great swindle and scam of creating “citizens” who are considered employees and legal subjects to this corporate policy and federal reserve usury system.
Legal does not mean right.
Through our ignorance we have checked a box claiming we are federal employees otherwise known as citizens of the u.s corp and gave them legal rights for them to impose such policy, code and regulation on their employees. This is why when you step into a kangaroo court claiming the constitutional rights of a state national and they see that legally your are a federal employee subject to federal policy, you lose.
We the people defined in U.s code hold the status of State Nationals and have limited diplomatic immunity and are governed by the constitution and common law not admiralty law and federal corporate policy and by law, unless you are operating within a commercial capacity and subject to admiralty law.
Acknowledge the fraud. correct your status and begin to dismantle the corporate overlay and overreach of unconstitutional regulation and policy.

Looks like this amendment was drafted by a bunch of Dems & a couple of RINO's.
Ah, the very kind of politicians the Founders were thinking of when they wrote the Constitution and the Bill Of Rights.
