They are SPIES, you First have to get that, and they do not hold ANY Allegiance to Us, nor to our Nations, nor to the U.S. Government....

She is Admitting that she is a Foreign Spy, and also that the Nation of Minnesota has been Captured....

It's a War thing, you might have a problem seeing it from that perspective, but it's the Correct Point of View....
