18 U.S. Code § 2421 ...(a) In General.— Whoever knowingly transports any individual in interstate or foreign commerce, or in any Territory or Possession of the United States, with intent that such individual engage in prostitution, or in any sexual activity for which any person can be charged with a criminal offense, or attempts to do so, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both.
"SEXUAL ACTIVITY"...could well INCLUDE SEX CHANGES!!!

That's a stretch. Also, it doesn't say who transported the girl. In one article it says it was the hospital, but in another article it says it was her birth mother.
In another article it talks about how the dad has a bunch of felony charges for child abuse from his kids in his last marriage.
Whatever is going on it's sick.
