Sounds to me like Schedule F is a good thing. The government is supposed to be, “By the people, for the people.” Permanent government employees who answer to no one and can’t be fired (whether they ignore the Constitution, sit in their office all day watching porn, or take part in covert operations unknown to the people and destructive to the country, etc.) should and must not be allowed. However Schedule F by executive order does not seem the way to go because the next incoming President can just sweep it away by executive order.
