I remember a couple years ago there was a video of some cartel member cutting open the chest of a rival cartel member, while he was alive! You could see his heart beating! Supposedly, the guy then cut a piece from the beating heart and then ate it, but I don't know if what he cut was really part of the heart; it wasn't the sharpest video.
