The person with the most votes can lose
Your vote might not count if it's "exhausted"
It delays the results
It violates "one person, one vote"
Yes, it is horrible indeed. It also turns votes into percentages instead of whole numbers. In other words, it turne people's "one person, one vote" into an abomination.
It also makes it much easier to cheat, because it creates a total cluster-pluck of the ballots.
This is what happens when the people are deceived into accepting vote by mail ballots! Every election is a rigged election! First state in the nation!
