Interesting note about Delaware… I didn’t know that tidbit.
I came here to say that I am no fan of Elon… but I do like how he is “listening to the people”
The Delaware Chancery Court is the venue for most big corporate law battles/ decisions.
So if his HQ is in California, how does Delaware even have a role?
Because TESLA is legally incorporated in Delaware, like most other big companies.
Also, TESLA HQ is in Texas already, as his tweet above states.
Edited for better info.
Garg. Thank you. I’m being dense and appreciate your gentle response.
If you look many corporations documents say "a Delaware Corporation" The date of incorporation is different the the state of domicile.
All you need to be a Delaware corporation is a lawyer in Delaware who holds a copy of your corporate documents, and sometimes your books.
So when I open my own company this is the way to go!! 🤣🤓

Very possibly. Maybe a good reminder we have a voice.
Just to be clear about my Elon beliefs- IMO he goes to the highest bidder and I would never consider him “one of the good guys”. Maybe a tool of the good guys at most…..
