I have yet to see one and nobody I know has had one in their hand. The ATM gave me crispy new ones last week that were dated 2017. 🤷‍♂️

They probably have/had a sizable inventory of older bills and, despite the previously-referenced article, it seems there weren't too many in circulation before August (apologies for TDS-afflicted author) - https://www.dailykos.com/stories/2023/8/23/2188782/-Dollars-bills-signed-by-Malerba-and-Yellen-are-now-in-circulation

And, it may very well be possible that there still aren't many new bills in circulation.

'Guess we'll have to wait and see.
