Again it goes back to the fathers, and grandfathers for that matter. When I was growing up (GenX) if a black family's kid(s) were getting into trouble or worse the men in their lives straightened them out quick. Just like the whites. Then welfare started paying more for more kids, men started ditching their families and responsibilities, more women started putting the kids in daycare because they had (or wanted) to work, and the schools started indoctrinating everyone, and teaching to the lowest common denominator - dumbing everyone down.

Nobody wanted to take responsibility for anything, and the kids just started doing what they wanted. The govt and media started pushing stuff like "time-out", no spanking, religion is unnecessary, and all kids need phones in case of emergencies (enter social media). By then the damage was done.

It is not just blacks - all races are culpable - but when you add in the racism stuff blacks have been fed since they were kids, their surroundings and environment, the lack of consequences because of the idiot liberals with white guilt, and the percentage of population it is more rampant with them.
