Got my blood work done recently. Been feeling off lately even though I lift heavy. Do combat sports. Run in the sun. Do sprints. Eat red meat and healthy fats and carbs. Stay away from dyes, seed oils, and inflammation causes foods. Drink organic bone broth in the mornings. Eat duck fat with my red meat. Don't eat a lot of sweets.
And yet, my sex drive has plummeted. I have trouble sleeping (had for the last 15 years). Brain fog. Hard to pay attention. Can't breathe during my BJJ rolls.
And so my test levels are in the mid 300s. Bummer. I'm not jabbed. But could be all the microplastics. Or just too much screen time. Or breathing in chem trail air. Or just getting older in a hormone destroying world.
Before consulting about trt, wanted you guys opinion on TRT or natural testosterone boosting methods.
Thanks all.
Are you doing heavy barbell squats in your workout routine? Your legs are huge muscles and need adequate stimulation.
No fapping is probably a good thing as well, if you are doing that (like another here has said). Also good for your soul since it is a sin of lust and self-pleasure of the body.
And if you want to know the spiritual connection with fapping, it’s connecting with demons. So you basically bring evil things near you and bad things are more likely to happen, though you might not be able to tell.
Lol as a Christian i have to call bs. Even your statement makes hedges “it makes bad things more likely to happen to you but everything will stay the same to you” lol what? There is also no biblical foundation for this claim at all. Foundation that lusting after women who are not your wife is a sin yes, but that masturbating brings demons close? Uh no. What if one is masturbating thinking of their wife or doing it WITH their wife? Is this mutual sexual activity just a demon summons? You can think this all you want but its based on nothing.
Take a look here for the biblical foundation you suggest is lacking.
https://www.gotquestions.org/masturbation-sin.html
The first thing on this page confirms the lack of biblical foundation stating:
“The Bible does not mention masturbation or self-gratification or “solo sex,” as it’s sometimes called. In its silence on the subject, the Bible does not state whether or not masturbation is a sin. Some people take the view that masturbation is a lustful act and is always wrong; others believe it involves a normal bodily function and has nothing to do with sin.“
In any case i stated even if masturbation is a sin there is NOTHING that suggest masturbating brings demons close and bad things will happen in your life as stated by the person i replied to.
