That was president Trumps inauguration. Why did he leave on AF1 and Biden didn't? Why did Biden receive funeral honors gun salute? I believe he is actually dead, executed.
That would make him president now. For the shit show. No thanks.
Trump can't be president right now. If he were, then he couldn't get elected in Nov. and be president again.
Yes.
The war powers act allows the president to continue in certain circumstances. "Biden" renewed the humans rights EO which is an international state of emergency that allows the president to have authority over the national guard. National Guard can only operate in that capacity during a war. Who is their commander in chief.
Additionally if Trump was elected as president of the corporation and that was ended he would legally still have 2 terms under the US Republic
Pre War Powers Act I think, but some breadcrumbs that timing of both start (Dec 1941, inaug Jan1941) and end (May/Aug 1945, inaug Jan1945) of US involvement in WW2 was done in a way to prevent removal of Roosevelt as CIC by the Deep State. Generally, net damage to Deep State players under Roosevelt was pretty significant. DS did POTUS unconstitutional term limit because it is the really the only way to control an anti-DS President and prevent their organized crime rollup over time.
My point here is that CIC probably CANNOT be replaced during wartime unless he resigns or dies.
