UNELECTED officials at the Calif. Public Utilities Commission ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR APPROVING ALL THE RATE HIKES...and when you call them...they turn around and say they can't object to rate hikes FOR PUBLIC INFRASTUCTURE....TALK ABOUT PASSING THE BUCK(s) 🔥😡🔥👿🔥
