I love it but my kids aren't too fond of the sour taste yet. Fermented foods are amazing for the gut. So I do enjoy my saurkraut, sourdough and yogurt. I haven't been able to stand the taste of Kiefer or kombucha though.
Same, love fermented like sauerkraut and pickles but can't stand kiefer and kombucha, feels very acidic/burn the stomach
