No more American than the Federal Reserve.... it's like saying Federal Express is a government institution because it has the word "Federal" in it. All of this is designed to usurp lie cheat and steal. It's the play of the Hidden Hand to invert and gaslight. You slap a fancy title on something and make it sound official and integral to our governance and people go along with it.
