What they are forgetting is:

Our Republic was founded by Rebels through insurrection,
President Trump was never charged or impeached for "Insurrection".
The Declaration of Independence actually proves that we have a Right to change or remove government that is operating outside of the Constitution.
Questioning the results of a stolen election is not insurrection.
