I concur with “a bang” or at least an “attempted bang”. Some breadcrumbs Deep State still trying hard to break loose a US nuke and set it off in Baltimore/DC/N Virginia area and blame it on Russians ala ‘Sum of All Fears’ to justify WW3. Theory is that it would destroy all evidence of Deep State crimes since 9-11, and US capital would be moved to Denver area where Defense Companies have been putting “alternate” HQs since around 2010.
