If the special counsel said he is guilty but won't recommend charges because of his mental capacity yet the Resident says he is mental capable, then shouldn't charges be brought against him?

That should be the question the press should ask him. Yes, I believe he should be tried. Everyone acts as if he has Residential immunity yet all these docs were stolen as Senator and VP, totally against the law

Every trial is a SHOW TRIAL with a predetermined outcome.
I get your point, the DOJ won't do it, so who should? It's all a farce anyway, one sided justice.
