Lol No Purkiss, they are yelling CODY, CODY. because Rock come back to WWE out of nowhere and is stealing the main event of Wrestlemania from Cody Rhodes, who is very popular right now. WWE fans hate when wrestlers who haven't been around in years think they can just show up one day, and steal the main event because they think they're better, the fans don't think they earned it.
100% yelling Cody, it was a WWE storyline they have been playing up and are continuing to build up. Fans have been chanting it loudly even when rock isn’t talking
They're not yelling Maui. They are yelling cody because they want cody Rhodes to wrestle Roman reigns at wrestlemania. It's embarrassing that people would think this is a thing
This strongly suggests we have gone far past the point where "THEY" still have control of the narrative. It's a new game now. Lahaina is not going away, and it's deeply gratifying to know THEY won't be able to sweep that under the rug and do whatever (the hell) they want in Maui. Also Oprah is poison, and now, so is the Rock. I might find that even more gratifying.
