I agree with this - look at the Mexican illegals who have been in US for years - they work crazy hours and send lots of their money back to their families in Mexico. With China in such a rough spot now, why wouldn't China be encouraging the same thing? And wouldn't Trump or Q have addressed this if this were sleeper cells getting established?
