Do you know a list of Basel III banks, or the argument as to why they should be chosen?

Seems very dubious.

“Basel III” looks like it might mean “To try or attempt 666”.

I'm not sure why you are asking me that question, but there is only one bank in the world. That some may follow "different rules" is just a show, a play. There are no "good" banks, only bad ones and really bad ones. I can't come up with an argument why any bank should be "chosen." Indeed, I think we need to burn every single one of them to the ground.
