If a current sitting member of Congress or Senate is introducing or debating on a new Bill and they personally have "Dual Citizenship" with a Country or Nation that the Bill pertains to, Do you feel that they need to publicly state their Dual Citizenship and state because of said conflict of interest that they need to recuse themselves? Some may see obvious implications of being a foreign agent voting for preferential treatment of said Country, therefore they cannot possibly be unbiased in their decision.
Just asking for a friend of course. Although I highly doubt that many of our thought leaders would have such a status..... /s
