Yeah, all the corrupt deals were in place long before Obama came around. The Bidens, the Blinkens, and maybe even the Flynns gladly gave up a 10% cut to keep their grift going. Notice both the Biden and Obama administrations fall on their sword rather than implicate either Obamas. Obama blackmailed each and every one of them.
