Listening to the police on Broadcastify, I heard one cop ask if someone had detained someone in the tunnel between the IRS building and the station. I never heard a reply.

On multiple news stations they have confirmed there was a second incident about an hour after the first one, and it was just west of Union Station, which is where IRS is. But they are not confirming anything else now. They're loading someone into an ambulance from there right now on KMBC9. 🤷‍♀️
