Remember that Taibbi isn't a conservative partisan or a Q follower. He leans left but had demonstrated enough integrity to be trusted by Elon Musk to break the Twitter Files.
Yesterday, he guest wrote a Substack article accusing Obama and Five Eyes of spying on the Trump campaign. Bringing this news into Normie World is huge. The smoking gun is not available yet, but we're getting close.
...Multiple credible sources tell Public and Racket that the United States Intelligence Community (IC), including the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), illegally mobilized foreign intelligence agencies to target Trump advisors long before the summer of 2016.
After Public and Racket had been told that President Barack Obama’s CIA Director, John Brennan, had identified 26 Trump associates for the Five Eyes to target, a source confirmed that the IC had “identified [them] as people to ‘bump,’ or make contact with or manipulate. They were targets of our own IC and law enforcement — targets for collection and misinformation.”
Unknown details about the FBI’s investigation of the Trump campaign and raw intelligence related to the IC’s surveillance of the Trump campaign are in a 10-inch binder that Trump ordered to be declassified at the very end of his term
https://public.substack.com/p/cia-had-foreign-allies-spy-on-trump
When the contents of that binder are released, it may be the most convincing Q proof to date.
EDIT: Jesse Walters interviewed Matt Taibbi about this tonight on his Fox News show: https://twitter.com/JesseBWatters/status/1757943583078826232
Prior to the interview, his summary of the report elaborates on the narrative and spells out what "bumping" the 26 targets means. It's basically entrapment. His summary begins around 2 minutes into the video, but here's a transcript:
Obama's CIA director John Brennan asked our English speaking allies to target the Trump campaign, handing these foreign intelligence agencies a target list of 26 Trump associates. The 26 Trump associates were to be "bumped," meaning they would be approached by assets -- bumped into -- and these interactions and relationships would be reported to the FBI as suspicious. These were people the CIA considered easy marks. George Papadopoulos, 20 year old.
Not mentioned by Taibbi -- though we know his name will drop soon -- is former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort. This is who Q was referring to as "campaign insertions" in post 1164 above.
Also consider how Papadopoulos was "bumped" by a hot Russian redhead honeypot. She hit on him at the bar and they chatted, which was enough for the FBI to spy on Papadopoulos and later try to ruin his life.
Watters continues explaining how this hoax snared innocent people, then ended up in a House investigation that had its findings sealed by the CIA:
Foreign spies didn't "discover" evidence of Trump/Russia collusion and turn it over to the feds; Foreign spies were assigned by Obama's CIA to create a false impression of collusion, to trigger an FBI counter-intelligence investigation. Obama's CIA worked with Hillary's foreign agents in London to hatch the hoax which led to the FBI investigation, the illegal wire-tapping, the Mike Flynn sting, and then when Trump caught wind of it, the Comey firing. And then Comey leaks the memos which triggered the Mueller investigation. Now the Mueller investigation was designed to cover up for Obama and Hillary, and tee up impeachment. It failed on impeachment, but the coverup worked until now. New reporting by Matt Taibbi and Michael Schellenberger reveal that House investigators had discovered the root causes, but their investigations and all of their documents were confined to secure rooms in Langley. And when Trump was leaving office in those hectic final days, he attempted to declassify this material, which started a battle between former CIA director Gina Haspel, the Department of Justice, and the National Archives.
Trump tweeted about these House documents in May 2018. On this tweet, Q said "Follow the pen." Could Catherine Herridge have FOIA'd the House findings long ago, remained silent due to suppression by CBS, then leak it to Taibbi and Schellenberg after her firing?
Also, in 2019-2020, could Haspel have been fighting for declassification on behalf of Trump and collecting evidence for Durham? Consider post# 3762
Back to Watters:
The report says someone may have taken this binder of material exposing the entire intelligence community out of Langley, and** it may have been what the FBI was looking for when they raided Mar-a-Lago**. Others say that's not true, but the point remains: The Obama/Biden White House, their CIA and FBI director, launched an illegal pre-emptive war against Democracy, got caught, and have been covering it up for eight years. Schellenberger and Taibbi also say redacted FOIA documents suggest that Biden has been conspiring against Donald Trump with the intelligence community to prosecute the former president in federal court, which would be an impeachable offense.
Who wants to bet the "others" who say that's not true are the same people who pushed Russia Collusion? I know what my money is on.
I think you're way overstating the impact of this to normies. Back in 2020, before the election the FISA Court ruled the government lied in every spy warrant application against Trump campaign official Carter Page. This confirms both that they were spying on the Trump campaign AND lying in the applications to perform this spying.
The FBI lawyer, Kevin Clinesmith, who admitted to altering a document to lie about Carter Page not being a source, was sentenced to a whole 12 months of probation and 400 hours of community service
There was no normie outcry.
Maybe. But in your example, was there a Q post that described events precisely like Q post 1164 describes Taibbi's story?
Once the documents are released, it's going to become a jaw-dropping Q proof that'll rank well above "Tippy Top."
These events are nearly 8 years old at this point. If these documents were going to be released I would have expected it to have happened when we actually had some amount of political power to force the issue or at least gain some benefit from it. The timer is ticking on this.
some say..Tip Top
If you were to spy on Carter Page's office, you also swept up Trump Tower. Same with Paul Manafort.
These 2 were the excuse. My opinion is Carter page was C_A and in on it. No charges for him. Manafort had to go down as cover.
