I also have a Grainmaker, but this one is nice because of the selectable milling function between grinding and flaking. Mine was a NOS (New old stock) ebay find that has 3 positions (one grind and two flakes iirc) but that link I gave you seems to indicate they now come with 6 different settings which is interesting
I had a grainmaker model 99 and it was beautiful but too big so I went with their smaller model and it works great. You really need to hard mount it with dedicated bolts to a good table as I tried the c clamp mount and it just was too flimsy for as hard as the unit works

They do look really nice. I have been borrowing my MIL's grain mill. I would love to get a manual one for the just in case - SHTF.
