The agency began in 2007 as the DHS National Protection and Programs Directorate.
On November 16, 2018, President Trump signed into law the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency Act of 2018, which elevated the mission of the former NPPD within DHS, establishing the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA).
With the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency Act of 2018, CISA's footprint grew to include roles in securing elections and the census, managing National Special Security Events, and the U.S. response to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

The first link is a PSA called "Cyber Threats to Voting Processes Could Slow But Not Prevent Voting" which says "The FBI and CISA have not identified any threats, to date, capable of preventing Americans from voting or changing vote tallies for the 2020 Elections."
The FBI and CISA will continue to quickly respond to potential threats.

The second link in 4857 provides all the "Vulnerabilities Against SLTT, Critical Infrastructure, and Elections Organizations". This is a very detailed collection of technical data exposing ALL of the vulnerable access points of our election infrastructure.

If you ask me, Q just opened the front door for all of the election fraud hackers, giving them the weak access points in the election system. Why would he open the front door just before an election? The answer: These people are stupid.
At the bottom of the page, it says:

Collect and remove for further analysis:

Implement mitigation steps that avoid tipping off the adversary that their presence in the network has been discovered.

Twenty days after the Q post 4857, the November 3rd the 2020 election took place and the election was stolen. We were told the election was stolen through ballot harvesting, drop boxes, printing of fake ballots however, that doesn't mean that hackers would pass up a chance to cheat especially if Q was handing them access points on a silver platter.

President Donald Trump on Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2020, fired Krebs, the director of the federal agency that vouched for the reliability of the 2020 election. Trump fired Krebs in a tweet, saying his recent statement defending the security of the election was “highly inaccurate.”

Krebs was fired for saying the 2020 was legit, there was no vote fraud that took place. What does this do? It paints a picture that CISA is corrupt. Possibly allowed the election hackers to place trust in the agency overseeing our elections who refused to report any election fraud on November 3rd that ultimately tossed Trump out of the White House. Creating a mole?
Today we see bombshell reports where CISA was meeting with liberal organizations prior to the 2020 and 2022 elections.

I know we were all looking at CISA as a corrupt federal organization that failed to provide election security and allowed our elections to be stolen. However, if you look at the actions of the Trump admin, for instance, we know it is a possibility Trump allowed them to steal the 2020 election, then painted CISA as being corrupt, this created an opportunity for CISA to gain trust from the enemy and afterwards CISA was able to infiltrate the enemy lines.
Q's clues about opening the front door, giving vulnerable access points to the public, it's easy to see this entire saga with CISA was a psyop. The Trump admin would have not allowed a failure with this magnitude to occur within the CISA agency, the firing of the director was part of the movie.

If these vulnerabilities were known prior to Krebs stating "most secure election in history" (it was known) then the 2020 election is clearly not the "most secure" as Krebs claimed, under oath.
