After living in Japan for two years and getting married, we moved to Arizona and lived there for 10 years. We would fly to Japan once a year and every time we came back and saw so many obese people, it was total reverse culture shock and practically a mini-trauma every time and it depressed us. We'd joke about wanting to get back on the next flight back to Japan. I am overweight myself, considered fat in Japan yet thin in America. What killed us is that it seems that nobody seemed to care that they were so overweight.
I think it goes beyond poor diet though. Vaccines play a part in metabolism, just as they play a part in leukemia and other ailments. And I wouldn't doubt it if those chemtrails in the sky have an effect on metabolism too.
To be fair, Japan has slowly been getting fatter since I first moved here 24 years ago, right out of college. It's nowhere as bad as America, but it is still concerning. I watched Tucker's video on Ozempic and that was rather scary. I haven't been to America in nearly 8 years and I'm apprehensive to ever go and visit. Not that I can afford to do so anyway.
