China is making loans to African countries going against WB. Not sure they are actually lining up to get some loans from the WB themselves.

Yeah, China leant the Philippines 23 (Or was it 27) B under Duterte... Now he wants to split all of Mindanao off. My wife is from there, we have a house there... Oh well I like the Visayas better. Kek
