You are ignoring the obvious fact that even the talking head commenter admits 'she might have been sixteen'. If she was 16 then its legal depending on what state and other circumstances. Its all there in the gov link I posted.
I would suggest you do actual research into that aspect (which state did it happen etc) instead of just taking random youtube videos as gospel.

I could probably find 3.5 hour long yt videos of random talking heads showing old clips of Trump while making commentary explaining how he is evil incarnate. But that doesn't make it true now does it?
