I beg to differ. The 2nd Amendment is the bed rock of freedoms. Look at all the countries that don't have the right to keep and bear arms and the right to form a militia. ABSOLUTELY NONE OF THEM have free speech anymore. If you can't back up your words with the threat of violence against a tyrannical govt, then you have no freedom...period.
Not to diminish the importance of the 2nd the 1st is first because violence is opposed to the intent of the constitution. its supposed to be a nation under the rule of law and therefore, words(laws), do mean something as even right and wrong are defined by the Word.
