Navalny was a person of consequence. He was involved in Russia politics for 20 years. And an international figure for probably 10 years.

BTW Lira was grifting on YouTube as part of the vaunted "skeptic community" during atleast part of that until he lost his audience over some pretty racist remarks on audio that leaked out. Don't remember him rushing to Ukraine to report on the 14k Russian Ukrainians that died in shelling during this time. Didn't head that way until putin went in....

I was following Gonzalo. I couldn't understand why he put himself in that position. He was in Ukraine at the time he was posting on Twitter and he knew what these psychopaths were capable of.
