Questionnaire includes ordinary traffic cameras monitored by humans looking at intersection congestion all the way to AI systems that identify you and display your personal information on a screen for all to see if you violate traffic/pedestrian rules.
I think all of the "proposals" in the questionnaire already exists and are widely deployed throughout the world.
I don't know what this guy wants, but there is nothing new here. The questions themselves are worded problematically, but it isn't too difficult to let the "investigator" know that such systems are not intended to help We The People.
I'm hoping that if his results are a resounding "hell, no" that he might present that as a paper at some conference or something.
Answering his survey is a way of getting our voice into the circles of those utopian academics who think that this kind of surveillance is good because "the people" prefer safety over freedom.
