It wont be bitcoin. It will be something like it but it wont be bitcoin. It will be something designed from scratch using blockchain and backed by gold and silver. But it wont be bitcoin.
Ok… so you’re saying it won’t be btc?
You have a point. So many people regret selling their BTC even if temporarily. We need something liquid that is easily used. I think this is the silver Vs gold thing. Gold is a store of value and silver is for everyday use.
lol yup it wont be bitcoin.
First, I think bitcoin is at least partially compromised or at least manipulated by the death cult. Just the way its mined and where is a red flag to me. A new coin cant have their fingerprints on it.
I also think that to make it viable for everyday use, it needs to contain denominations. Something like 1000 bitcoins equals an ounce of gold and 100 equals an ounce of silver and broken down from there. Its simply too unwieldy to buy a loaf of bread or a pack of gum with a .000137% of a bitcoin. I know your wallet can easily handle this but it would turn household accounting into a bachelors level degree and teaching children nearly impossible. Bitcoin is great for investors and perhaps savvy consumers of large purchases but wont work well for the everyday person in everyday transactions.
Also,I think the ship has sailed on tying bitcoin to physical metals and the new coin absolutely must be tied to metals.
And finally I believe there needs to be a certain percentage of the new coin that is physically tangible. People already do this with their bitcoin, tying their private keys to physical items, but this needs to be standardized.
I am suspect of anything that is purely in the realm of bits and bytes without a physical manifestation of the same. Its too easy for rogue governments to cut you off, close your wallet, red flag your accounts.
How about patriot pay coin that Bannon promoted.
