Actually it is. A friend’s coworker lost vision in one eye after the shot. I checked back after a couple months and vision still had not returned, and then she (my friend) changed jobs so I couldn’t get status updates past that.
Later on, I read a story about someone else going blind in one eye after the shot, so I don’t know how common, or rare, it is, but it is happening.
