OLD AGE =/= dementia, but one certainly does not want senile presidents in office (!). Imagine the chaos if that was allowed - hang on. It can be prevented with a humane little interview before they start running for president.
Age has nothing to do with presidential eligibilty, neither do teeth for that matter (Washington had bad teeth).
