DWAC - offering to pay out for my shares yesterday

Why is DWAC offering to buy out my shares again? They are offering $10.88 per share i believe. The stock is like $44. Why are we receiving these letters?
This came to me through my investment company. So it is not a scam. What troubles me is that they say my account may be impacted whether I agree to participate or not, which is bullshit.
I am going to get in touch with the investment company and find out what the hell is going on. They can't force you to sell stock, but they can make moves with the stock in a merger. You may be given shares in a new company without your approval once a merger takes place, but they damned well aren't going to give me any ten bucks a share value in a new stock when my shares are above forty.

Every SPAC is required to broadcast to their shareholders the opportunity to trade their shares back for their original book value - in this case $10.
DWAC will be voting for merger with Donald Trumps - Trump Media and Technology company on March 22nd. The merger vote is not the tender offer. If you accept the tender offer you will be giving away your shares for $10. It is currently trading for $45.
Again, do not accept the tender offer as you will be screwing yourself.
