Looks to me like they are harging this guy with a bs crime, to shut him up.

Question: why is it illegal for us to lie to the FBI, but perfectly legal for the FBI to lie to us?

It just shows the lengths that the FBI and DOJ are going to protect Biden. Smirnov is a 14 year paid FBI informant. Suddenly they don't believe him when he blew the whistle on the Bidens receiving millions from Burisma, but they do believe what he said about having Russian intelligence contacts.

Weiss is prosecuting the guy who provided the evidence against the other guy he's supposed to be prosecuting.

Of course they've used the Russian dogwhistle and all the left is reliving their Russiagate glory days.
