Better not. If you have a zero-day vulnerability to exploit, you certainly don't blow it on a 'test-run'. These systems will be patched tonight and fixed tonight, and you lost your exploit. This would just be pen-testing and red-teaming someone's system for free.
It feels like they are testing everything before the big GO. I pray that's what this is.
