This MR study demonstrated no significant causal relationships between red/processed meat intake and the risk of the four CVD outcomes examined. Further investigation is warranted to confirm these findings.

If you don't want the extra iron, you can consume milk when you eat the red meat as it inhibits the iron.
Diff for men and women. They exclude iron from mens vitamin supplements.
I did carnivore for a month and had my iron levels tested, didn't seem to affect it, i was consuming milk with my red meat though.
