Here is an older study (N=29 682) that claimed to have found correlation between redmeat and heart diseases.
If meat was actually bad for you, they wouldn't be trying to ban it, they'd be putting it in the water and grinding it up and adding to children's cereal. If you're ever in doubt, always do the opposite of what the government recommends.
They (the globalists) want to prohibit you from eating eggs, pork and other types of essential foods for humans, and force you to eat fake meat and worms, to keep you weak and with very little desire to think.

PSA, they are trying to add mRNA to meat sources in mass production meat facilities. These sources are already filled with massive antibiotics and other drugs just to keep the animals alive until slaughter.
Where possible, buy local. Buy from friends. Make new friends who are farmers and buy from them. Grow your own food. Raise some animals.
Not everyone can do this of course, but if you can, these resources are healthier and can sustain your family if SHTF. Prepping isn't just G and A. The most important is water and food resources.
Anything can be bad in overabundance intake should be in moderation
I have a friend who ate steak like people eat candy. Candy eaters become diabetic when they eat too much my friend got frontal temporal dementia from way too much red meat and all the protein is laying on his brain.
Jordan Peterson literally only eats red meat.
He's never been healthier or mentally sharper in his life.
I know about 5 people that went 100% carnivore (plus intermittent fasting), and my only reaction is jealousy. Sounds awesome, they're ripped, and have endless energy.

If you don't want the extra iron, you can consume milk when you eat the red meat as it inhibits the iron.
This - My grandfather was a meat and potatoes guy, with bacon and ham in every breakfast. He fried his taters in bacon fat and also tasted the bread with it as well. All the men of that era did and they lived long active lives.
Flouride causes dimentia. Was he taking that out of his diet? It's in every product that uses water. What about the toxins in "vaccines". Theres so many other possible reasons than "red meat".
