Here is the [study] (https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S240545772400038X) (N=1.8 million)
Conclusions
This MR study demonstrated no significant causal relationships between red/processed meat intake and the risk of the four CVD outcomes examined. Further investigation is warranted to confirm these findings.

Here is an older study (N=29 682) that claimed to have found correlation between redmeat and heart diseases.
there are a few points that makes me go ehh
(girlfriend is a molecular biologist)
I agree with all the points. Its not so much as "This is good research that we should believe because it says so" but rather "We already knew Meat was good for you, but now we have something to counter other fraudulent studies when talking to normies"
No. Their study has no control group.
i think, this study is not absolutely horrible, but it is not a great study
with the limited resource that they had, it's the best they could do
like, its a good enough publication for graduation, but its not a high profile paper that is going into journals like Cell or Nature
