This MR study demonstrated no significant causal relationships between red/processed meat intake and the risk of the four CVD outcomes examined. Further investigation is warranted to confirm these findings.

Here is an older study (N=29 682) that claimed to have found correlation between redmeat and heart diseases.
This article literally changed my life, because I took it to heart & started reducing carbs, increasing my intake of meat, dairy, veggies, etc. I have never felt better. The difference is drastic in so many ways when you reduce your carb intake and eat more meat & dairy.
Additionally, John Ross' book Unintended Consequences......I literally can't tell you how crucial it is that every freedom minded person read it.
Its long out of print and the author is deceased (so sad) there are PDFs all over the internet.

I think the sweet spot is to live with the values of those days, with the conveniences of the advances in science since then, while taking away that part of the progress thats based solely on the fiat magic money.
