Maybe, not sure. I have relatives who think they are awake yet are still subject to the MSM programming, comments from lefty colleagues, etc. Social science is hard from our perspective because we don't have the real data on mass manipulation like 'they' do.

For example, I believe the Great Toilet Paper Rush was a mass programming event through MSM subliminal messaging. I've arrived at that conclusion since the event by observation, theory, lots of discussion and comparisons. Not one of the people I know in families who 'cut the cord' on cable felt the need to hard TP. The rest did, and this went beyond my personal circle to literal strangers that I've asked; joking about prices and availability in that aisle has brought about interesting chats, and yes I asked masked people as well as air breathers. No one who admits having hoarded could give any rational explanation for it. They know they did it but do not know why. When forced to consider it, they try to evade or dismiss first, and if they get further than that, nervousness creeps in as they honestly have no idea. If they seem ready then I give my theory, otherwise just leave them with the note that my frens who watch no tv didn't feel compelled to do that.

Anyway, my true point is that from the outside we can only make limited observations on what mass hysteria drivers are being employed and the level of their effects. Mass arrests probably would have promoted actual bloody civil war, with excuses for the UN to send in blue helmets and China to send in their own. Were they not preparing for this? Are they preparing for it now at the borders?

We see MK/monarch subjects, FFs, entertainment Programming, etc but have no specifics on how much, what content, to whom via what avenue, to know how easy or hard it works be to awaken the masses all at once. There must be a reason for the (to us) painful delays. We may not like the reason but we continue to plug away at people one by one regardless and set our eyes on eternity. Because we know in the end that this life is short. I think the best outcome is to prevent street wars, because then many people would quickly gather heavy sin and risk dying without their Saviour. Sorry that went on a bit, but as you can see I've been chewing on this awhile as well. I can see why Trump has looked serious and very weary at times, I assume from being part of these military or plan decisions.
