Just as you say here, it was necessary for the plan that the definitive proof of election rigging be held back for a long time. Tucker didn't know that.

Yep, and I actually feel for people who are closer to the plan but not fully privvy to it. I can only imagine how frustrating it must be watching things go in slow motion. I think thats what got Lin Wood as well.
