If you watched the Kenyan's speech at the 2004 DNC convention, you knew he was on deck. That was a wake up call, for me, that something bigger was going on. I had started to question 9-11. I had ALWAYS thought the JFK shooting was an inside job. I always felt something was off when Republicans would get power, but never go after criminality we all saw taking place. I also believed, for many years, that the GOP HAD to be involved with the Democrats in some way, because they never really went after them in campaign ads. Ever. I don't mean dirty politics, I mean using their own damn words against them, showing them to be flip floppers. Basic stuff. I realized then they are not really opponents, but on the same team. The Dems were allowed to play dirty because they had to to get votes. Republicans had to play nice NOT to get votes.
It's been a 20+ year journey for me. Now, I see why everything seemed off for so long. It's like hearing your car making noise, but not being exactly sure what is wrong. Now, I've been under the hood, took a repair course, and see it for what it all is.
