There was a dip in children numbers in Haiti while Epstein Island was in full operation. Haiti children made the best Adrenochrome from what I read going down a few Rabbit holes a few years back.

I saw a graph of children numbers in Haiti and there were a few years the growth decreased instead of always slightly increasing.
